BarcampAuckland has all the financial sponsorship we need for BCA07, if you'd like to sponsor the next barcampAuckland then please don't hesitate to contact me. If you'd like to donate freebies then please contact me :)
Barcamp Auckland plans to have event t-shirts with the event logo on the front and sponsored logos on the back. Since Barcamp Auckland is free to attend we need to find a way to raise funds in order for us to provide food, drinks and other items on the day.
The solution is the event t-shirt. The event shirt will have the BarcampAuckland logo on the front and sponsored logos on the back.
To get your logo on the back of the Barcamp t-shirt your donations (or sponsored amount) needs to be in excess of $NZ 500. Anything between $NZ 500 and $NZ 999 will get you a regular sized logo on the back of the shirt.
For larger donations, in excess of $NZ 1000 your logo will be the a larger sized logo. By donating over $NZ 1000 will also mean you can display a banner at the event and distribute pamphlets or other marketing materials at the event.
- Larger logo size: ~15cm x 8cm
- Smaller logo size: ~10cm x 6cm
This way we can get a lot of firms making smaller donations and getting something in return for it. Of course if your firm wants to sponsor the entire event and be the exclusive sponsor for the event then please contact me and we can sort out the pricing and costs involved.We already have one sponsor so unfortunately the oppurtunity to be the exclusive event sponsor is no longer available - however we don't have any main sponsors ( > $1000 ) yet, if you want more exposure.
All sponsors will of course be listed on our portal page as well as in the "Sponsors/Donators" section.
Donations
If you just want to sponsor a smaller amount to the Barcamp then you can do this too! You will be listed on the "Sponsors/Donators" page including a link to your website (if you so wish). This way people can thank you for your donations.

Where will my money go?
I want our costs to be open, so everyone can see where the money is going. These quotes are based on 175 people registering and attending the event.
